Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind requests. Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it is considered final.

Service Fees

Service fees become non-refundable once the trademark search and clearance report has been prepared and delivered to the client. This is because professional time, expertise, and resources are immediately allocated upon commencement of the service.

Government Fees

All government, filing, or official fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as these fees are paid directly to government authorities and are outside the control of Mindmark IP Law.

Exceptions

Refunds, if any, will only be considered where required by applicable law. No other exceptions apply.
